Good value for a Will

I was looking for a Last Will and Testament and stumbled on Trust and Will. I used a new customer discount code I found, which made the price even better. It was definitely worth the purchase for the peace of mind. The process was straightforward, and I felt I got good value for my money.

Smooth process, good support

I needed a Revocable Living Trust and went with Trust and Will. The ordering process was quite simple; I just followed the prompts. I had a question about the Pour-Over Will part, so I used their online chat support. They responded quickly and clarified things for me. Generating the documents was easy to do myself, and I downloaded them right away. The quality of the documents seemed solid, and it saved me a lot compared to a lawyer. Overall, a good experience.

Thinking of getting a Will through them but also seeing some stuff about LegalZoom. Anyone got experience with both or can compare? What's the main difference?

I looked at both. T&W felt a bit more focused on estate planning specifically, while LZ does a ton of other legal docs. T&W also seemed a bit more user-friendly for this specific thing.

Yeah, I chose Trust and Will because a friend recommended them over LegalZoom. Said the interface was much clearer for actually building the documents.

Hey has anyone used Trust and Will? Wondering if their documents are actually legit. Like, if something ever happened, would it hold up in court?

S Sam Q. 2 months ago
Yeah, I used them for my will last year. Everything seemed super official. They mentioned something about being legally binding in all states.

My cousin used them too and had no issues. I think it depends on how complex your situation is, but for basic stuff, it's pretty solid.
